Handing on your life’s work
The Estate Plan
At Your Will and Estate, our standard documents cover Wills (including testamentary trust Wills), Enduring Powers of Attorney (AKA your living Will) and Binding Death Benefit Nominations. These are our iconic trio and they will always form the basis of our services.
In simple terms, this means deciding who would be your Executor to complete required paperwork after you’re gone; nominating who receives the fruits of your life’s work; choosing a Guardian to raise your children, choosing a trustee to look after your children’s inheritance if they’re a minor; electing who gets your superannuation; ensuring your medical decisions are respected if anything were to happen; nominating someone to make health, financial and legal decisions on your behalf if you’re unable; and establishing testamentary trusts in your Wills for asset protection.
The passing of a loved one is already a difficult and emotional time, the work we do will ensure that your leave a legacy not a mess.
With our standard will estate plan you will walk away with:
- Comprehensive estate plan making sure that your wishes will be carried out;
- Your Will;
- Your Enduring Power of Attorney;
- Superannuation and Life Insurance Nominations;
- A roadmap for your Executors and loved ones;
- Peace of mind.
